Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and market disruption
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for next-gen technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
