Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for climate resilience and healthcare
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen digital infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research collaborators
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures and quantum algorithms
- Experience with climate tech or biotech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Global patent portfolio with minimum 5 granted AI/quantum patents
