Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or C-suite tech leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn status ($1B+ valuation)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent background
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for APAC market expansion
