Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends to create competitive advantage in 2026 markets
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Oversee development of patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 companies or unicorns
- Proven track record in developing commercializable quantum/AI solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech regulations and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
