Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
