Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech policy initiatives
- Deep expertise in blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Experience with UN technology summits and G7 tech forums
- Certified in Future Studies (AFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic preferred
