Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Security clearance or background in defense/ aerospace innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
