Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry forums
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing government/private innovation funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable outcomes
