Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 market potential
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech/AI sectors
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
