Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ innovations
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks and distributed systems
- Develop neuromorphic AI integration strategies for enterprise applications
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Manage proof-of-concept projects with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic AI
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech topics
- Certification in quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq) or neuromorphic design
- Track record of scaling pilot programs to enterprise deployments
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
