Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI ethics, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubators and cross-functional R&D teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
