You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure our portfolio anticipates market needs by 2026 while maintaining sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing product architectures
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
