Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Drive R&D prioritization and resource allocation for futuristic projects
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech integration strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and R&D governance
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech publications
- Strong network with global tech innovators and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
