- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized tech
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing architectures
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors with data-backed ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable MVPs
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 3+ product lifecycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent technical publications
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech initiatives
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or commercially deployed innovations
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
