- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect scalable frameworks for digital transformation in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor emerging tech talent and foster innovation culture across global teams
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
