Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technology opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and space tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor next-generation technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in launching at least three breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Published author in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in emerging tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
