- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-focused products
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation roles
- Proven track record in launching technology products with $1M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, or quantum computing principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
