- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into business objectives
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with 50+ experimental projects annually
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Futures School or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech disruption initiatives
