Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized AI networks and IoT ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through ROI-driven proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record of delivering 10x ROI on innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning for 2026+ tech disruptions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Certification in Quantum Architecture or Neural Network Design
- Experience with federated learning and edge-computing frameworks
