Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing and future products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership on technology forecasts and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, research institutions, and industry experts.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility and potential of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a business context.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technology trends, including AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the ability to adapt to change.
