- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Anticipate geopolitical and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
