Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Tech Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their applicability to our infrastructure.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in piloting experimental technologies and managing the transition to new tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the C-Suite and board members.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the incubation of new products and services designed to dominate the market by 2026.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for future scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or senior engineering leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
