- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends for 2026
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos and CES industry summits
- Mentor 15+ engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent deep-tech organization
- Track record of commercializing 3+ emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential tech growth curves
- Published author in Nature/Science with >50 citations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance for federal research partnerships preferred
