Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in decentralized systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startup opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-generation technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two tech transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape: neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks, climate-tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with global regulatory bodies (ITU, IEEE, WEF Tech Council)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
