- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead market analysis of emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic chips, Web3.0)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal tech foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and adoption curves
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
