Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop go-to-market frameworks for next-generation products and services
- Mentor teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and external industry forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or immersive technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate tech domains
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
