Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech impacts on global markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and government initiatives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or breakthrough research
- Experience with DARPA or ESA grant applications
