Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption cycles
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage vendor relationships and technology ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- MS/MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
