Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with organizational vision

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
