Responsibilities

- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption metrics across business units
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech solutions
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in blockchain, quantum computing, or metaverse technologies
- Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science or MBA with technology specialization preferred
- Published thought leadership in leading tech publications
