Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and machine learning systems designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure FutureScale remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Optimize system performance to handle high-volume, real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with edge computing and distributed systems is a major plus.
