Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystem
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable systems) for market integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future technology adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-cultural team leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
