Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
