- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders Academy
- Present quarterly tech briefings to the board on emerging threats and opportunities
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across 50+ product lines
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable AI or quantum applications
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of ESG tech standards and circular economy principles
- Public speaking experience at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
