Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale AI/quantum/IoT innovations
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders at global tech forums
- Secure $10M+ R&D budgets through compelling business cases and ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching at least one category-defining tech product
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
