Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products with 3-5 year development cycles
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Present tech strategy to board members and industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI projection
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
