Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors and translate insights into actionable business initiatives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary tech briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an experimental innovation culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in high-growth tech environments
