Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure progress toward 2026 innovation milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
