Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for 2026+ landscape
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Strategic MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive communication
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
