Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators for pilot projects with venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network of venture capital and academic partnerships
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
