Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and next-gen networking
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
