Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
