Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop proof-of-concepts for next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Develop patentable innovations and secure industry partnerships for future technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Track record of launching innovative products/services from concept to market
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
