Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify future market opportunities
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members at quarterly innovation summits
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic research partners
- Oversee the development of proprietary innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Champion ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation across all verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership (Fortune 500/startup hybrid experience preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA strongly preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through rapid tech transformation cycles
