- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through innovative grant proposals and stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, Stanford, and MIT for collaborative research initiatives
- Define ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026+ markets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record launching quantum computing or metaverse platforms
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Security clearance for DoD/DoE collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
