Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI convergence, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
