This hybrid role requires 3 days in our state-of-the-art SOMA headquarters, collaborating with R&D, product, and venture capital partners. You'll lead strategic initiatives that position us at the forefront of industry disruption while mentoring our next generation of tech pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-computing)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and venture partners quarterly
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure (carbon-negative data centers)
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (post-2025)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Future Studies preferred
- Strong network with academic/industry futurist communities
- Experience with strategic scenario planning for tech disruption
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on next-gen computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum AI or Ethical AI frameworks
