Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Drive strategic vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for next-gen technologies
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or biotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier journals
