Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
