Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes impacting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT IDE)
- Experience scaling innovative solutions in enterprise environments
